If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your order you may return it within 30 days for an exchange or refund of the cost of the item, buyer must pay shipping fees. Simply call or e-mail us for a return authorization. The buyer will be responsible for return shipping fees. In the case of a mistake on our part we will send you a refund for the cost to return to us. For exchange the buyer will pay return shipping fees and exchange shipping fees to send the new item back. All returns must be in new, unused condition with no signs of wear or unusual smells, such as smoke or animal smells. All tags and labels must be intact and item must be returned in original shipping materials. Any items returned after 30 days will be charged a 20% restocking fee. After reprocessing and inspection of the return item you will be notified of our decision as to refund or exchange your item. If all or any of our requirements are not met your item will be returned to you, shipping at your expense. Upon receiving your shipment, please carefully inspect the package for damage. If any visible damage is found be sure to tell the carrier to make note of it. After you open your package, and if there is any damage to the product, file a damaged claims report with the carrier and notify us as well. Once the order is shipped the responsibility for safe delivery falls upon the carrier and not Primal Leathers however we will assist you with your claim against the carrier any way we can. NOTE, all international orders are final. |
