SHIPPING IS FREE TO LOWER 48 STATES. We make every effort to ship your order as quickly as possible. All orders will be shipped within 1 to 3 days after receiving confirmation of funds. If paying by check or money order there will be up to a 10 day waiting period for funds to clear. Please allow three (3) to fourteen (14) business days for delivery after shipment of in-stock items. Items ordered together are not necessarily shipped together. We will notify you if any item cannot be shipped within 30 days. For all international orders please call or e-mail us for shipping price to your country as well as aprox. arrival time. NOTE because of import fees and or taxes all international orders are final and any fees are the responsability of the buyer. In the case of any back orders, you will be notified right away and given the choice to wait for the back order to arrive or chose another item. If you wish you can cancel the order and your payment will be returned in full. If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your order you may return it within 30 days for an exchange or refund of the cost of the item, buyer must pay shipping fees. Simply call or e-mail us for a return authorization. The buyer will be responsible for return shipping fees. In the case of a mistake on our part we will send you a return shipping tag to place on the box at our expense. For exchange the buyer will pay return shipping fees. All returns must be in new unused condition with no signs of wear or unusual smells, such as smoke or animal smells. All tags and labels must be intact and item must be returned in original shipping materials. Any items returned after 30 days will be charged a 20% restocking fee. After reprocessing and inspection of the return item you will be notified of our decision as to refund or exchange your item. If all or any of our requirements are not met your item will be returned to you, shipping at your expense. Upon receiving your shipment, please careful inspect the package for damage. If any visible damage is found be sure to tell the carrier to make note of it. After you open your package and if there is any damage to the product file a damaged claims report with the carrier and notify us as well. Once the order is shipped the responsibility for safe delivery falls upon the carrier and not Primal Leathers however we will assist you with your claim against the carrier any way we can. NOTE: International buyers please call us for shipping cost to you as well as estimated time of arrival, all international orders are final unless we made a mistake and shipped the wrong item, in that case we will exchange your order for the right one. |
